Team Heyne enjoyed a site visit this week to Ilchester Place; a new one storey basement under an existing house.
The site is at an interesting stage of construction with the completion of the underpinning to party walls as well as the basement excavation. The ground floor slab, most of the basement slab and a portion of the liner walls have been cast.
