Taking place on Thursday 12 November, the next webinar in our Decarbonising Design series will ask what it takes to create truly sustainable new build developments. While typically providing low operational energy levels, new builds are often high in embodied carbon, making them less likely to achieve the RIBA and LETI 2030 net zero carbon targets.
Led by HTS director Tom Steel and KLH Sustainability director Kirsten Henson, this second session on the 2030 carbon targets will compare the embodied carbon cost of different building materials and introduce a number of innovative solutions to help new build structures move towards net zero.
