Becoming B Corp Certified means that we are legally committed to considering the interests of all stakeholders in our business operations: employees, customers, communities, and the environment. In short; to using our business as a force for good.
B Corp Certification was a natural step for HTS after becoming an Employee Ownership Trust (EOT) in 2021. Both employee-ownership and B Corp Certification align with the core values of the practice, which is run for the benefit of, and is accountable to, its stakeholders. Creating a resilient future requires a commitment to continuous improvement, something which has been at the heart of HTS since the founding directors set up in 2007.
