We’re pleased confirm that our Hill House, Archway project has been granted planning permission. The scheme by Hawkins/Brown with Skelly and Couch for the developer Bode is already on site with demolition and conversion works from office to residential use under permitted development rights.

The project now also has planning permission for re-cladding and a two-storey extension on the existing twelve storey tower. The site lies immediately adjacent to Archway Station and tube line and the alterations have been justified through a series of detailed foundation and frame investigations.
