The directors of Heyne Tillett Steel are delighted to announce that as of the 19th April 2021, the total shareholding of the company was transferred to an Employee Ownership Trust (EOT). This strategic decision reflects the core values of the practice, and acknowledges the commitment and investment of employees to its success.
By becoming an EOT the practice continues the spirit of adventure that led the founding directors to set up in 2007, and aims to safeguard the practice’s future by ensuring that talent is rewarded and the ethos is protected for generations to come.
The day-to-day management of the business will continue to be led by the directors exactly as before, but a Trust Board will be created to oversee strategic direction and an Employee Council created, from across all levels and disciplines, to encourage employees to have a more active role in the growth of the practice.
