Applications for our 2024 Graduates intake are now open.
We are looking for exceptional and passionate Engineering Graduates looking to join the Heyne Tillett Steel team from September 2024. Graduate roles are available in both our Structural and Civil Engineering teams.
Our Graduate roles offer a one-year placement during which you’ll work on projects across a range of sectors and scales, applying your knowledge in choosing the most appropriate materials and solutions to meet design specifications whilst learning about the latest developments in low-carbon engineering and the circular economy.
We believe in nurturing talent and providing an environment that fosters continuous learning and growth. Graduates are actively involved in meetings, design team engagements and regular site visits. HTS offers specialised training, a competitive salary and benefits package, as well as a host of regular social and sports activities.
"I am learning something new every day from the wide range of projects I am working on and from my colleagues. Everyone is very friendly and always happy to help, creating an environment that is welcoming and supportive, and encouraging me to focus on enhancing my knowledge and developing new skills. I have been able to inform my team of the things I am interested in and want to learn more about, and they have ensured that I get the chance to do so by assigning me relevant tasks, assuring me that helping me become a well-rounded engineer is a priority to them all.” - Dalya, who joined HTS as a Graduate Structural Engineer in 2023
Applicants should be predicted to achieve a first or 2:1 Engineering degree and be able to work primarily from our award-winning Chart Street office in Hoxton, London.
