Our Cowcross Street project has featured in the Architects’ Journal. Working with architects Gibson Thornley, the existing structure has been reused and extended, featuring two new floors constructed from a steel frame and low-carbon CLT infill panels.
The building’s main entrance has been reconfigured, creating a semi-public courtyard lined with pavement lights. The existing façade has been replaced and the building clad in dark brickwork framing the new large window bays.
A project for Dao Estates.
