Our project with Ben Adams Architects on Clerkenwell Road has recently completed. The project involved adding two new levels of office use on a former warehouse building. We retained tenants throughout the works at ground and basement floors. Careful planning of opening-up works and trial pits meant that the existing structure could be justified for the loading increase without strengthening.
We worked closely with the architect to design feature elements, including cruciform columns and exposed timberwork. The scheme provides over 1600sq ft of office space.
