Renovations at 7-12 Leinster Square have just been completed. This Grade II listed collection of six traditional Georgian townhouses in Notting Hill was converted into a hotel in the 1970’s and has now been turned back into private residences.
Working with Tate Hindle architects the project has achieved high quality finish in what was a largely dilapidated building with a number of structural issues.
A new basement level has been installed across part of the site providing more space and all of the traditional floors and roof were lifted and re-supported in line with English Heritage approval. The building is now set for many more decades of life.
