Our 50 Finsbury Square project has been given the green light to begin works onsite.
HTS is proud to be working alongside Great Portland Estates plc and the design team for 50 Finsbury Square, a substantial redevelopment of an existing Foster + Partners designed office building, located close to Moorgate Station. The project involves the redesign and replacement of the building’s facade as well as the removal of top floor elements and exiting internal link bridges. A new pavilion structure is proposed on the roof, while the internal floor pates are to be reconfigured and the atrium space infilled.
