We are delighted to announce that 46 Bedford Row, a project with BGY Architects is close to practical completion. TThe refurbishment of the Grade 2 listed office building has included extensive repair and strengthening to both the exterior façade and interior timber structures, with the construction of a new external terrace to the rear of the property. The overall project includes works to the adjacent properties (47 and 48 Bedford Row) which are expected to be complete in Q4 this year.
