The project is a significant cut and carve and upwards extension of an existing Grade II listed building to create new office accommodation. HTS have been appointed as both permanent and temporary works Engineers working alongside BLDA Architects and Cheevers Howard as main contractor.

Demolition is now complete on site and the construction of the new RC lift core is due to commence next week.
