160 Old Street wins at the BCO Awards 2020

We are delighted that 160 Old Street, our project for Great Portland Estates, designed with Orms Architects has been named as the winner of the Refurbished, Recycled Workplace and Innovation categories at this year’s BCO Awards!

Previously in use as the Royal Mail building, the existing structure was redeveloped and refurbished to create a contemporary office building with multiple locations extended across the site. A 60% increase in floor area created a significant load increase on the existing frame and foundations.

The BCO judges said: ‘our award winner is an exceptional workspace crafted with vision and innovation’
