HTS+ Dynamics was inspired by our design work on lightweight structures and how the dynamic response of floors is perceived by building occupiers. Working with

the University of Exeter, we carried out dynamic response testing on one of our projects on the bare frame and following category A fitout.

This allowed us to verify the code specified design parameters used to calculate the response factor of floors and better inform our clients in the future of the most efficient structural strategy.
