Refurbishment of the existing Church House/ Clock tower to Christ Church in Cockfosters. The existing building was load bearing masonry with steel barrel vault roof trusses and internal timber floors to the rear of the building. Alterations included an extension to the front of the building introducing a mezzanine office space with a steel and timber frame, and the removal of internal load-bearing walls and buttress walls to the barrel vault roof with the introduction of several steel box frames.
