A new residential building in Westminster. The existing buildings will be demolished to make way for a new six storey, RC framed building including a double basement incorporating semi-automatic car stackers and a car lift.
The heavily constrained site is surrounded by five properties and is situated above the Victoria lines as well as the future safeguarded route of the Crossrail 2 line. Access to the basement will be through an existing underpass which will require the use of specialist sheet piling equipment to minimise the basement wall thickness adjacent to an existing building.
