Key Features

• CLT Modular design including all temporary works and lifting and manufacture design.

• Traditional RC structural design and all Civil Engineering Services.

• DfMA principles lead the design.

• Opening up of an existing surface water sewer which bisects the site to both reduce flood risk in the wider catchment and to provide an amenity space to the proposed development.

• Detailed design of SuDS using a combination of blue/green roofs, permeable paving, swales and attenuation tanks.

• Led discussions with highways, Thames Water and the local authority to agree works to the existing culvert, including works under the public highway.
