A significant milestone for our 5 hectare Nine Elms Park Project, with client The Royal Mail Group now submitting a planning application to Wandsworth Council.
HTS have been working with masterplan architects Allies & Morrison together with Morris & Co and Gort Scott, under project managers M3 Consulting, to produce designs for four of the seven development plots. The structures range from 7-23 storeys high over a series of inter-connecting basements, creating 760 residential units and 20,000m2 of lettable office.
Particular care was taken to design new foundations to avoid impacting on the newly constructed Northern Line Extension, the tunnels for which already run beneath the site.
