Construction is nearly complete on site at Herne Hill Velodrome. The new design by Hopkins Architects includes a new two-storey pavilion to replace the derelict Victorian structure. The original cast iron columns from the 1890’s building are incorporated into the new £1.75 million contemporary GLULAM / CLT design
