The Bow St Magistrates Court project has now received planning permission. The project involves the construction of a new luxury hotel with approximately 100 bedrooms on the site of the grade II listed former Bow St Magistrates Court. This will involve sensitive refurbishment of the existing buildings, adding new storeys above parts of the existing buildings and a new basement beneath part so the site, as well as façade retention of one elevation and construction of a new double winged structure within the courtyard adjacent to the retained existing buildings.
