The single storey basement excavation to the rear of two grade 2 listed Georgian terraces has recently been completed with below ground drainage now being installed on site.
The project team, including Purcell architects are bringing these historical buildings back to life involving the complete refurbishment of both properties and the addition of rear extensions housing new lift shafts and new mansard roofs creating an additional storey of accommodation.
