Working with John Robertson Architects and contractor Knight Harwood we are adding two additional-storeys to 90 Fetter Lane, recladding the building as well as making a number of structural interventions to rework internal spaces. The majority of the demolition works are now complete and the installation of the new steelwork has begun.
One of the main structural interventions is the introduction of a storey deep truss at first floor, which allows the removal of an existing concrete column at the ground floor, creating a clear span of 12 metres in the new reception.
HTS visited 90 Fetter Lane last week to see the progress on site.
